To delete your account on Veli, please open the app on your mobile phone and go to Profile -> Settings -> Delete my account.
You will have the option to request your account to be deleted. It might take 7-10 business days for your account to be deleted once you submit your request.
You will get an email once your account is removed.
Please note that some parts of your personal information cannot be deleted because of Compliance (AML) regulations. This action can’t be reversed, and after you confirm we will delete your account. You will be logged out from the app automatically.
